Put the court, the case, the deadline, and the number of sets in the quote. If the clerk’s window closes before 5:00 pm, book rush or express — same-day only promises 5:00 pm.
- Medical
- Biological samples and medical supplies move on a dedicated daily route or a same-day call. Specimens are handled as lab material from the pickup to the drop. A repeating stop belongs on a route. A specimen that cannot wait belongs on rush.
- Routes
- Standing runs built to your stops, including post office retrievals. Use a route when the same addresses repeat. Use a window when the job is one shipment, today.
- Freight
- Airport retrieval, then delivery to the address. The practical range is an envelope through a full van load, up to 2,000 lb. Tell dispatch the pieces and the weight before a vehicle is assigned. Statewide and interstate jobs are booked the same way: two addresses and a window.
- Firms
- Payroll, CPA offices, sealed bids, and multi-stop runs between your own locations. The company also runs as a delivery agent for other shippers in Tampa and Central Florida.
- Bay runs
- Car parts, letters, food, and ordinary parcels. Door to door, on the window you book. This is a courier, priced above the post office, because a driver is dedicated to the trip.
