When are you open, and when do you deliver?
The desk is open 9 to 5, Monday to Friday. Deliveries on the weekend are available; they are arranged with dispatch, not assumed from the weekday windows.
How fast is each window?
Rush is the fastest: typically within an hour and a half in Tampa Bay. Express is local, within about three hours. Same-day work ordered by noon is due by 5:00 pm, about four to five hours. Next-day work ordered by 4:00 pm is due by noon the next business day.
Where do you run?
Tampa Bay and Lakeland: Tampa, Clearwater, St. Petersburg, Brandon, Lutz, Wesley Chapel, Plant City, Lakeland, Bradenton, Sarasota, and nearby towns. Statewide and out-of-town jobs are booked with the same desk. Corporate filing is handled for Tallahassee.
What can you carry, and how heavy?
Letters, parts, sealed bids, payroll, food, lab samples, medical supplies, and freight retrieved at the airport. The range is an envelope through a full van load, up to 2,000 lb. This is still a courier: unusual size or weight has to be described before a driver is sent, and it will change the price.
Do you handle lab samples?
Yes. Dedicated daily routes and same-day runs for biological samples and medical supplies. Samples are handled as specimens for the whole trip. A stop that repeats belongs on a route. A specimen that cannot wait belongs on rush.
What legal work do you do?
Printing and delivery of legal documents, federal courthouse filings, and direct delivery to a judge’s chambers. Include the case, the court, the clerk deadline, and how many sets. A filing that must beat a morning clerk window should not be booked as a same-day job that only promises 5:00 pm.
How is a run priced?
On the window, the weight, the distance, and the area. A local rush is not a flat rate, and it will not beat the post office on price. The posted fees are only for the Tallahassee corporate desk: $40 to file a completed document, $80 to prepare and file, $40 for a retrieval. Fee sheet.

How do I sign in and track a run?
Book a run and you get a number on the spot. Anyone can look that number up without an account. Create an account with the same email if you want those runs listed together.
Why use a courier instead of the post office?
Because the shipment is picked up at the door and carried by one vehicle to the other door, on a window measured in hours. You pay for that. You do not pay for a hub scan and a two-day service standard.
